so.. anw.. idk if it’s 13th great uncle (jiang chuan) but for sure the one who initially supported him was first, sixth and eight great uncle then there is ninth great uncle who got angry in novel and ofc jiang yi who beat up the sixth, that is yichen’s great grandpa.. but 13th is the one who actually took the ding (three-legged cauldron).. check out ch. 508-510.. and it’s true that their fight was only stopped when ancestor say so.. kinda ridiculous.. in any case, it’s true they deleted some characters like wu zhongtian (or maybe delay his first appearance), one of the grandsons of 13 bandits.. in any case, the intro of jiang huairen last ep has been abrupt.. i guess we have to get used to this kind of storytelling..
in any case, ye fan is depicted as near invincible again here.. while in fact he almost died in the novel while baiting all those people into formation range.. that’s in ch 512
and yeah they’re gonna suppress both jiang huai’an and jiang yichen.. it’s a bit unsatisfying since they didn’t steal yichen from 13th great uncle jiang chuan haha~
ok so in novel ch. 513, they describe the formation ability like green light that burn enemies insides, scarlet multicolored light blossoming that freezes everything and turn enemies into pool of blood.. and yea ye fan is in absolute danger here, why? bcs he’s targeted by half-step supreme expert.. 1st heaven of immortal platform realm! but the expert got killed by giant immortal flowers blossoming from the formation formed from auspicious colors of immortal light, forming endless killing light, which melted him thoroughly..
and yeah that arrow that targeted ye fan is actually a crude imitation of forbidden tool.. hei huang initially thought that it is a secret arrow of ancient great emperor.. that’s actually the identity of the arrow that attacked ye fan.. i mean the arrow that was shot by jiang huai’an and ofc the formation can change into ten thousand sword qi~ there’s also a description of ten thousand great dragons, all types of lightning radiance, giant millstone and bloody light..
