Good, very good and one of the best novels I ever read by Er Gen.
Only thing I am dissatisfied about the donghua is all the hard-core censorship it does, even Wang Lin’s ruthless and killing nature was toned down significantly. I wish they showed more blood and gore like Beyond Time’s Gaze.
There are many examples but one example is, when he was core formation on Sea of Devils it showed him killing a couple hundreds cultivators and didn’t show much blood or heads popping.
In the novel, that same scene he was killing thousands and thousands of cultivators , heads were popping everywhere Infront of him, blood was splattering everywhere, Wang Lin was covered in crimson red 🌹, decapitated heads and body parts everywhere, etc… Or during the Teng Family revenge arc, he was a serial killer killing every last Teng down to the children and committing genocide on them, in the donghua it was changed to Teng Huayaun killing them with a reverse formation instead. And there are many other examples like this… This donghua is not meant for the 12 y/o kids, it should be rated R tag. I really hate how Tencent always do this…

RI has issues, especially when you compare it to the sausage material. But its still the objectively by facts, better show.
No those are old ratings from 5 years ago and not accurate/updated….
Just check other sources to verify, RI and RMJI are the 2 donghuas with the highest ratings .
P.S. BTTH is so dogshit now, its not even 9. Its like a 5 rating on a good day.
