The translation is off,what QM and LT means was Sacred Ancestor Patriach that become Imperial College Grandmaster, he is LT martial uncle and unofficially QM master. This episode is important because it is foundation of later plot that would makes one of QM’s strength and leverage,thus he would have title as Grandmaster of Myriad Calamity.

Not yet, atm he could only ‘repair’ , basically tweaking mastery not yet creation mastery. He would though and not just mortal being.

Yea, QM using LT’s ego and fascination to avoid him making Emperor clothes[lol] was great.
One sect master to another… their visions vary tremendously… not to mention Qin Mu’s insights, his unique physique, and his cultivation method, as well as all the impossible things he came across and learned from his grandfathers. He even came across and learned God techniques and Demon techniques on his path that no one had ever learned… hell, he even learned from Rulai too.
So his take on the Heavenly Devil Sect’s core methods is beyond what Li Tianxing can imagine, and it’s a great way to distract him. Though it’s hard to call this a distraction; even the Grandfathers and Grandmo sharing such an experience with Qin Mu would push their insane cultivation a little bit further. This is a great benefit to Li Tianxing too, and he knows it.

I did not want this episode to end. I don’t know how to describe it, but there was something so intriguing and having its own flair of excitement watching my child use different cultivation methods to heal the emperor and compete with/manipulate the old pervert sect master. Watching him be a genius among geniuses, devils, and gods gives me a certain feeling of pride. His cultivation may be low, but his knowledge and application are terrifying.
Yeah, this is the first time we’ve seen the old sect master as more than a creep/threat. It’s the first real personality we’ve seen from him, and it’s great to see Qin Mu play his curiosity like a fiddle.
