I kind of understand their little trust on Huo Yuhao, he is just a kid younger than them but his achievements have definitely been shown and respected by others already so they need to put all of their faith into him. 💪💪💪 Once the battle starts they will know that even if he is a Soul Douluo atm. His prowess is already beyond normal. 💀💀💀 Welp, they already have things underway so I’m excited what they have for us in the coming episodes.

the whole douluo dalu isn’t like typical xianxia that is predominantly ancient chinese. sl1 was like pretty normal old era without technology just mythical and fantastical then sl2 is like a victorian type era yet more advanced. sl3 and 4 would also be more advanced.

honestly love 3 but the tech advancements become too much. it loses the core essence of what made soul land special, 2 already suffers a bit from it but i think the soul tools are alright and they meshed them well with the soul arts and cultivation aspects, but beyond that it gets too much. especially in 4.
all the tech makes one excited for SL3, but I’d be ecstatic if they just straight up skipped to SL5

I meant that if having one contraption every few yards is an indication of their range, they’re not as good as they make them out 2b; if not, then they’re there as a show of force only and there’s way too many: when shit hits the fan and they start crashing down they’ll be a problem for everyone: attackers, defenders and civilians.
Someone working in complex mechanics should be more organised, spreading them in a precise net, one every “x” units of distance, but it looks like pure chaos up there.
