In theory it should end in chapter 104, in some cases the duration can be extended, as happened with Tales of Herding Gods, which was going to have x number of chapters but the duration was extended to a year

I don’t know what to trust anymore, I found a page called TMDB where it is listed as having 135 chapters and on other pages it is listed as having 104 episodes, I was waiting for it to end to watch it, but seeing what I’ve seen, I might start it now.
Chapters is about the novel, manga, manhwa, whatever, written or graphic.

We all know the story will definitely continue, but there are two possibilities here:
This season is 104 (2 years or 8 cours). There would be a break before the next season is out.They are committing the schedule yearly. They didn’t want to commit to the audience that this show is going to air continuously until the last episode, so they are committing the schedule yearly. So when 104 is out, they would add another 52 episodes to the count, making it 156. This doesn’t make this second season, they’re just adjusting the duration.I would say it’s likely to be #2, but we can’t confirm until 2 weeks later.

From my experience with them they’re usually pretty good. It’s impossible to keep up with every single new show or changes in perfect time but I’ve kept my lists there for years and it’s mostly up to date. Also they’re just extended this from 104 to 152 episodes
