It’s hard to watch this with the protagonists’ power creep. A lv 60 and lv 70 defending against a lv 92 +lv 93 + 1 extra for so long doesn’t even make a lick of sense having watched Soul Land 1.

Incredibly… I think this generation might have the OGs beat when it comes to the amount of times they’ve been in life or death situations… I was not expecting to watch these children fight for their lives almost from the very beginning, granted school was a controlled environment. But I mean we didn’t even make it more than 10 episodes with varsity and junior varsity Shrek Seven Monster teams… and they’ve basically just been fighting for their lives ever since…
