Regardless, it looks like MC’s Flowing Ruler maneuver has gotten a lot stronger as a Dou Sheng. Crazy that moves he learned as a Dou Zong or w/e he was at the time can still be useful at his advanced level and against fairly strong NPC opponents.

Remember just how OP that Dou Sheng skeleton fight was? WTH are we doing now? That was the scale I expected for Dou Sheng fights.
Welcome to donghua.. they make villains when they are higher level than MC use cool af skills once the Mc is that level they use the power of friendship.. and especially this one turned extra garbage after the 3year challenge.
Everyone is surprised he’s already a Dou Sheng, and no one questions how he skipped Ban Sheng completely. This is like going from Gear 3 into Gear 6 while the car is still pulling the rubber with the acceleration of Gear 1! And he’s almost Dou Sheng 2, already at the breaking point.
I swear it took him 300+ Episodes to even come close to Dou Zong. It was painful how long it took him.
And then in less than 100 EP to reach Peak Level 9 Dou Zun, and strong enough to fight Ban Sheng lvl 3 alone. He skipped 5 levels when he got the sealed Fire Dragon no one remembers anymore. Poor Dragon, all he wanted was to phone home, just like E.T.
The best part was his Alchemic Puppet. While he was wuzzing around as Dou Zong lvl 1, his puppet was already LVL 5 kicking butt so hard, it had the strongest punch sound effects in the entire show.
The Puppet was fighting in the desert some lvl 5 old guy with fire ability. And he couldn’t even damage the damn puppet.
I miss Hai Bodong, he was such a “cool” character. Without him, Xiao Yan would have died many times. And look how they have forgotten and neglected our ice cold mofo… its a shame.
