This show continues to show a consistent story with excellent animations and I am going to miss it when it comes to an end. Especially when we have so many shows have 0 coherency (Perfect World, Shrouding the Heavens) and trash animation like Renegade Immortal. While I will admit the show has great music and an ok story line.
Im actually happy that the relationship aspect of this show is completely destroyed, because who the fuck cultivates and has the time to collect wives? No logical sense and has 0 causal reasoning except to convolute a story. This is why I love A Mortal’s Record to Immortality. The only goal should be to cultivate and remain safe in a turbulent world. Relationships are not beneficial when you have the near unlimited resource of time.
I’m enjoying the story more when they focus on the Xiao clan and their rise from the ashes to where they are now, to what they will become in the future.
