A decent Episode only because of Xiao Xuan. One of the few Good things and non-boring about this donghua is Xiao Xuan’s appearance and aura-farming entrance. He definitely has cool looking moves and model (better than xiao yans in my opinion lol). I’ve watched too many cultivation donghuas to predict this plot. Its just like I predicted the Btth plot, Xiao clan was powerful clan since ancient times but they fell and declines due to reasons , and was attacked by main enemy (Hun clan in this case). Now they are in this fallen state and decline.
For the future, I predict Xiao yan will reach Dou Di using plot armor and revive the xiao clan again and probably defeat the Hun clan, and battle with the Hun clan’s top expert in the grand finale as well. Mark my words.
They really are holding off medusa and xiao xiao till the end (they were already supposed to appear long time ago but i guess donghua removed it). I will give it 3-4 more episode until the Jia Ma empire arc when xiao yan goes back there. Then it will all be revealed which direction the donghua has taken, depending on that I will probably drop it if they remove them based on the rumours.
