Yeah from what i understand, the ex of the fmc seems to be a survivor of the demon clan who almost ruled the world thounds years ago but it seems his clan was stopped by the clan of the princess, who took and kept the seal that imprisoned the leader of that bastard, who is probably the demon king or something like that.
That’s why he said ” i am taking back the seal ” 🤔
And i still have the feeling that the guy who gave the crystal heart to the fmc has he’s plan too and he’s not that nice as we think.

The thing with this donghua is…. I really don’t really understand what’s really happening except that there’s a lot of dark plot, hatred, revenge… The studio is basically just spammy new fighting animation almost episode which looks nice but I’m not really following the story…

Because there is no coherent story to understand here. This is an art show running on the equivalent of “porn logic”. How many times MC changes clothes? Every episode, sometimes multiple times. How many times she uses the same skills? Almost never. How many different scene transitions are there? All of them.
There’s no coherency, there is no rhyme or reason, just random shit pulled out of nowhere to support a meaningless art project.
Cinematography so badass, it put Snyder to shame.

I wish they focused more on story and less on glitz & glamour and safe formulas copycat-ing popular scenes: Xi He helping red hair up and saying “let’s go do some murdering” (more or less) was totally thieved from Wang Lin and Li Muwan.
