We have new hype donghuas and movies coming out every week like Demon Hunter s3 , Shrouding the heaven movie, Against the Gods s2 , RMJI s5 etc… These new donghuas are getting better and better as time goes on. It shows not only their growth, but their respective studios hard work, passion, dedication, and development. 

Too bad can’t say the same for this donghua. And what of Btth? Its the exact opposite, its going more and more in the opposite direction down to the mud and gutter. What’s the studio doing about it? Nothing, seems they don’t even care and are being forced to do this. I mean they did release an episode without rendering it a few weeks back. Please stop recycling the same battle music every episode, its getting tiresome to hear. The battle SFX is just re-used as well, like the cracking space, xiao chen entering , we seen those 100 times already. When is this flame arc going to end again? Its being dragged-out for too long, same old , same old .. I though xiao chen vs hall chief was going to be something decent, but nope just cracking space and flashing lines lights (lazy animators) ….. This is getting re-used , think of something new for once studio. This animation looks soo lazy, that is to say without its high budget from Tencent, would this donghua even have the little value it has left?

So this is just the same sequence of rinse and repeat they are following, xiao chen defeats the hall chief, someone more powerful steps in… Lol really a frog?? Hahaha Hun clan elder got a frog staff and frog powers? That doesn’t make you look scary, it makes you a clown. LMAO even funnier, why does the pill tower ancestor look like a transgender kid no less. They screwed up another character. Why not make him an old man since he is an ancestor and lived for thousands of years. I mean the 8 ancient clans really sent their entire force for this flame with no one guarding back at home, LMAO do you think this is One Piece? Someone could attack your home any moment. At least use a little common sense even if you don’t have any idea how to write a story that make sense, go read other better writers’ story for self improvement! Xiao yan, don’t even try to use white hair, your not Wang Lin lil bro. Your model looks like an NPC, bring back your Great Ruler Model, its much better. And that’s a compliment.

wow people just be hating for no reason
1. in every piece of fiction it is common knowledge that when someone gets to a certain power level, their world can’t handle their power fr so when they make certain moves, you see spatial cracks and scenes of the void for a bit then the world heals itself thus the cracks close up almost instantly. so why hate that they break space while fighting? (okay iwl it’s kinda repetitive since this has been a thing since dou zong. but wtf do you want the studio to do lol, the author didn’t put what happens to the surrounding space when dou sheng lvl clashes happen. if we use our brains to estimate, by now whenever a dou sheng appear or makes a move the whole world is supposed to destroy 😂😭)

2. be honest with yourself this episode was actually very interesting and really nice visually but nah, yall would rather lie because you see someone else doing so. i even saw a comment hating on how cliche the plot is since xiao chen defeated that soul hall chief then a more powerful soul elder comes then a more powerful (lawful good alignment) person comes (this being pill tower ancestor) this is how the story was written, wtf do you want??. yall forgetting how old btth is and how it was one of the firsts to ever do it.

3. complaining about the pacing, bruh-
last month or 2 months ago they complained about how fast the show is going now they’re complaining about how slow it is. please choose one.

4. complaining about pill tower ancestor’s appearance, are we being fr 💀?
that’s how he his in the novel and manhua.
and yall not even interested in the fact that his true form is a peak tier 9 mysterious pill.
meaning that he’s like this demonic flame (unliving things that gained spirit/sentience) remember that cute pill thingy that xiao yan found in that dou sheng realm when he fought with 3 petals pupil girl, yeah pill tower ancestor is exactly like that except that he gained full intelligence and can cultivate just like purifying demonic flame. so realistically he isn’t supposed to age like normal humans or beasts alike. people like them just exist the way they first came into existence forever or till they die or get refined or eaten 😭 (i mean i genuinely won’t mind eating him if it can make me break through to dou di lol)

so i can’t lie btth lately has been pretty underwhelming in some aspects lately but i’ll still continue to watch it till it finishes, even for dragon prince yuan, martial universe and tgr. but this doesn’t mean that btth is garbage or bad it’s just not at the level we expected it to be ig.
