The Cloud Vine is the red one, and that’s still at the World Master level, iirc. This is the Star Eater Plant he got from killing that undying prince possessed by something (I forgot) during his three-part trial mission.

It’s sad but Cloud Vine is know for its top notch defence in plant companions, while Star Eating plant is known for its powerful attack. So Luo Feng has plants for both offence and defence. But as we have seen from way back that Cloud Vine is also used for attack but its attack power is not comparable to Star Eating Plant.
Yeah, it’s more on defense than attack apparently. I guess that must be why our boi uses it mainly as an armor.
Yea the bandit world master guy, and then he used the lake/water to nurture it. I love that it can speak, I hope Cloud gets to learn to talk too its been with him forever and is a core part of his defense.

The animated series omits a lot of details from the source material so it is sometimes surprising to see developments that suddenly appear. The omissions are understandable though since the swallowed star universe is just so vast it would be too costly to create designs for places, objects and characters that will only be used in one to three episodes.
Luo Feng had to leave the team for a valid reason. The points he had to earn as assigned by the military system is one billion but the required points he has to earn as assigned by the virtual universe company is much bigger than that (100 billion or 1 trillion points, cant remember exactly). He has to kill stronger beings in order to get those points. He can’t do that when he is in a team as that will necessarily expose his true strength and his true identity. Exposing his true identity could be fatal for him as he is the number one target in the zerg’s race kill list.

Nuolanshan barely reached Domain Lord. He can be killed by LF in one random attack. Obviously you can’t attack a fellow human race person, so that’s an issue. But, just watch the next ep and you will see lol.
Luo Feng is undoubtedly stronger. Noulan Shan is an ordinary world master with a combat strength of a world master. Luo Feng is a world master with a combat strength of an immortal king (King Zheng Yan level). The last guy he killed in this episode is an immortal marquis (the others are ordinary immortals) which would not have been possible if his combat strength falls below that of an immortal king.
Meng Nawei had barely official level strength with no undying body, While LF has Official level Strenght and king level consciousness (still not at Zhengn Yan’s level that guy is invincible and comparable to a night …. what are you saying)
