well, idk if big brother so shit. depends on your taste. but big brother is a story for those who likes to think. donghua version managed to make his character being fun without omitting the whole seriousness or trickiness in thinking as well. literally like how is the guy who got trapped by a powerful being managed to outwit him at the very end. well, it’s more than that.
yeah it is not bad, while not my cup of tea (the comedy style gets on my nerves bad with the chibi style), and if one can get over the fact that the MC is so so so so so so so so so overly cautious that “borderlines” into cowardice (he is no coward though), Big Brother is a decent watch indeed.

For multiple reasons. They started off insulting donghua, so I took a stab at one piece. I called the series too long and boring. I said they have no life if they got the time to watch all of that 1K+ episode. I called Zoro ugly and a trash swordsmen (which insulted their ego bc that persons favourite character was zoro). I called luffy the stupidest person in existence and he should’ve died in episode 1, but is alive after 1K+ episode because of plot armor, I called Nami a cry-baby and Arlong’s little bitch, and that was the last straw for them.

well by human anatomy, zoro is very possibly a very bad swordsman. it’s absurd to think that the guy masters cutting by just increasing brute strength. i mean it’s manga. normally katana can’t cut a stone. even if u increase ur strength severalfold, maybe the katana will be the injured one instead. it’s honestly a bit impossible to use santoryuu in real life. it can only be described as acrobatics. even people using nitoryuu are usually long and short swords together. i mean, nami a crybaby is a bit mean, but she’s a cat-thief for sure. but well, i can’t accept her being called arlong’s lil bitch either. that’s kinda evil to say honestly. and i get it u might’ve lost it but u should put some boundary.. it kinda ruins the purpose of the story. the thing about one piece is that the storytelling and the way it drags u into that story. luffy is stupid, i mean, for sure, he’s designed that way. his brain doesn’t function the way normal human being does. and that’s why he’s sorta obsessive with one piece, also to actually let him achieve his mystery dream that makes everyone laugh. i reckon it must be impossible to achieve according to adult’s mind. i’m currently not following one piece anymore since the giant island arc as in elbaf/elbaph. not sure why, maybe i just stopped for a while. but luffy getting killed in ep 1 is kinda rough. i mean the guy’s enemy is just some weakling. the possibility of him getting killed is that he drowned stupidly. it’s indeed plot armor, most of it. but so what? it’s not like everything is unacceptable just bcs plot armor. i mean even in real life, sometimes, plot armor happens. although that’s a rare chance.
