If I didn’t feel like I was being queerbaited, I could probably engage more with this story. Even though the pacing is slow, it really seems like Youshen Bupo is the main character, rather than the two leads. This is different from stories like Mo Dao Zu Shi, Tiān Guān Cì Fú, or Ling Qi, where the narratives centered on Wei Wu Xian, Xie Lian, and You Keika, respectively. In those, Lan Wang Ji, Hua Cheng, and Tanmoku Ki never felt irrelevant or secondary. Their relationships with the main characters and the overall plot were clear and compelling.
Damn, so what happened after the last episode our other boi also died?!? And the other one had to sacrifice himself for him. I guess it was the price he had to pay for using that kind of insane power since clearly his body couldn’t take it. 🤔🤔🤔 The father of the bow dude also dies, at least they were able to stop a crazy disaster from happening. RIP to him and Jiang Li 🙏🙏🙏
Okay, so he really is not dead he still has fragments of his soul left in his body. And looks like bow dude is now the new leader of the caravan that his father was leading. Still MC gonna carry Jiang Li’s body back to his sect is definitely going to take time. 😓😓😓 Welp, looks like new trouble is brewing once again. We also got ourselves a weird girl who is collecting human tears for money lol. Of course, they gonna have an unexpected encounter with her lmao. 😅😅😅
