Judging by what was wrote on the wiki in the details section, I don’t think we’ll see him leveling up past world master level till swallowed star 2. Also, I have to wonder if what he did was even acceptable. Threatening Brolin and her grandfather is one thing, but he threatened the entire royal family which makes up 1 of the 3 main forces if I remember correctly. Surely they have more than enough power to wipe out the entire Luo family if they wanted.
Lastly, Luo Feng really should spend more time with his family, even if it was for the next 10-100 years to make up for the lost time. As for Hong, he doesn’t seem to have any connection to earth besides his students, his friendship with Lei Shen and Luo Feng, whereas his family is else where and his probably off with her training/duo cultivating. 😉

This tends to happen in stories that spans an eternity. Some characters will inevitably be forgotten. They will still be mentioned but only in passing. There will still be development for Hu Yan Bo in later episodes but they will only be short.

Nice episode, also for luofeng to come back to help his family, however the plot seems to scatter or drift away recently making it seem’s like not going anywhere. For example those stories about someone or something happening g thousands or millions of years ago, then the same character returns and everything is exactly as it was, still the same ancient China look, tech and ruling systems, no change, nothing evolution, frozen in time, it’s ridiculous like they can only repeat the same enforced mainstream “wisdom” with no room for deviation.
If you love reading, I’d recommend works of Literature that deal with the subject, mainly works of fiction and fantasy, for example The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice (“Interview with the Vampire”, “Queen of the Damned”, “Memnoch the Devil”, “Taltos”) and anything related to Count Dracula like “Historian by Elizabeth Kostova, James Herbert “The Sepulchre” and “Shrine”, Wilbur Smith (the Ancient Egypt books, start with “River God”) and others dealing with mythological beings and immortality. It might seem ridiculous from the outside but it’s compelling reading. Anne Rice in particular is exceptionally good at conveying the notion.
The biggest casualty in immortality or long life spans is the mind, usually leading to madness, long periods of hibernation (forget, kill time, especially after heavy blows in life like loss, defeat, trauma or just plain boredom) and attempts to take their own lives. Also loss of moral compass as life and death become meaningless, loss of connection, human feelings and empathy as their own struggles are forgotten. They no longer get sick or feel pain and they saw multitudes of living beings be born and die and become desensitised to it. Most people never thought about it but it makes sense of you plunge yourself into the mindset and the only way for us mortals to do that is through works of fiction.
