This donghua is a perfect mix of Chinese and European. The characters are beautifully done: the men are super handsome men and the women are heartbreakingly beautiful. The outfits are out of this world too.

But so much effort into the main characters means that all the extras got the same face – the Snake People, the trolls and the green Demons. 😅
Pity the similarities end there. The snakes are a bunch of liars, cowards (and potential traitors), while the troll men have low intelligence but they have huge hearts and will put their lives on the line for family & home.
