Well a Universe knight is generally hundred million times stronger than peak world master. Luo Feng is still quite a bit away even from Universe Knight level.

Its not hard to count the numbers actually, an Immortal can be 100 to 100,000 times stronger than peak world master. 100,000 times = immortal emperor ofc.
Then all you have to do after this is multiply this by his life gene level. When LF breaks through to immortal, his main human body will have a life gene level of 3000.
Also, remember that each major realm breakthrough = 100 times multiplication of strength, godly body purity and size.
So when LF broke through, he was directly comparable to a Universe Knight. His Golden Horned body had a life gene level of 6000. And Remote Ocean body had perfect life gene level of 10,000.
In general universe knights, even the lowest tiers have a life gene level of 10. That’s how I described base universe knights with 100 million times power when compared to peak world master.
After that, you just multiply by 100 for every major realm. Like Universe master, true god, True VG, ETG, CHAOS, Godking. Godking is the final level for automatic increase. After that you rely on yourself.
IET is very methodical in his rules tbh and there are no mistakes anywhere to be found for power levels in his novel.
The anime adaptation however is littered with such mistakes.
