Fam the real problem with this donghua is that, the enemies always have much more plot armor than the mc.
l mean, most of the enemies he had a fight with, they were not that strong, but because of the plot that favors them, they didn’t die early on in the series.
So yea at that point, he needed the power of others to be able to fight that stupid enemy.
He wasn’t even on a boss level but the plot wanted him to be stronger than the mc.
It was annoying.
If there is really a second season, i hope the writers will fix the problem of the low cultivation that he had throughout this season.

It’s just how the story made, Author didn’t make Qin Feng OP so he could be beaten by third rate villain and it’s also to milk the story. You need to remember that MC is a top tier Alchemist… Compare this to other Alchemist MC and you will realize his progress made no sense at all😩😩😩
