Damn this was a great episode, this show never dissapoint when it comes to the core subject which is the nature and the psychology of humans.
Don’t get me wrong, the worldbuilding is amazing too.
But the thing that amaze me the most when i am watching this kind of donghua which is not centered on cultivation, it’s always the psychology, it’s one of my favorite genres, beside mystery, crime, detective series and cultivation donghuas.
l really like when the author explores the mind of a person in difficult situations and settings.
Like Marc said, if that guy told him back then about the situation with Charles, things could’ve been different.
But that guy made his choice back then.
of course Marc could’ve killed him when he was still at the lighthouse, but i don’t think that it could’ve changed anything, especially with Charles plans.
And it was cool that the little boy finally understands that the new Captain is a coward and an asshole.
And that Marc he is still that nice person that he met at the Lighthouse.
Fam, the fight scenes of Marc were spectacular.
We can see that this studio animation is passionate about this project.
