Yea, figured A’Liang(Sword-dude) isn’t gonna be a bad-guy. A Handsome protector for the journey, acquired!! 🔥
Are we sure Mc’s actually a low-level cultivator/martial-artist? Bruv frigging fighting not just one, but TWO Gigantic-ass snakes, WHILE protecting some people!! And actually injured one of the Gigantic-ass snakes too!? Goddam!! 🔥 🔥
A’Liang, wheraruuuu!? 😵💫
Anyway, this dunkard A’liang is among the strongest people in the verse.
Is that the kid’s father, the “layabout” who we briefly saw flex his muscles once back in S1?
No, Li Huai’s father (the naughty boy) is Li Er, the one who was fighting Song Changjin (Song Jixin’s uncle) in the first season. They are all three martial artists: Zhu He, a level 5 martial artist, Li Er, a level 9 martial artist, and Song Changjin, a level 9 martial artist who, thanks to that fight, managed to break through to level 10.
really?
Ooo~ 😯
Episode 2 and we got one more episode for the day. 🙏🙏🙏
A’Liang’s Cultivation Levels (2025 Updates)
As of recent story developments, A’Liang’s standing in the world’s power hierarchy is as follows:
Nice!
No, A Liang is currently only level 13 and not level 14; this will be revealed in this season. It’s important to clarify this because the 14th and 15th level are called “lost realms” because in the novel it’s stated that they don’t have a name and that starting at level 13, everyone must find their own path to reach the great Dao. Even though they’re called “lost realms,” in the novel the 14th realm is often referred to as the “Realm of Dao Integration.” For example, the Dao that Qi Jingchun was pursuing was the unification of the three religions, which led to the conspiracy against him that caused his death because another person was also pursuing this path, but Qi Jingchun was clearly ahead, and there can’t be two cultivators pursuing the same 14th level Dao path. However, this doesn’t apply to sword cultivators, who must become “pure sword cultivators.” At level 15, there are only the supreme sage Confucius, the ancestor Dao, and the Buddha, who are the patriarchs of the three religions. A Liang, along with another swordsman named by the young Qi Jingchun (in that flashback), are the strongest swordsman in the world, but at the moment they are both only at level 13. Currently, the only swordsman at level 14 (and therefore the strongest of all swordsman and among the strongest characters in the work) is the “guy” we saw talking to Ning Yao this season. Among the cultivators and martial artists, ON AVERAGE, swordsman are the strongest because they have a strong physique (not as strong as martial artists) and possess the so-called “native flying swords” which (similar to the so-called “native characters” of Confucian scholars) are swords generally innate when a person (who is obviously destined to be a swordsman, so not everyone) begins cultivation.
Your pfp looks hot i am gonna goon to this 💦
In this episode, it’s important to keep in mind Zhu He’s words to Chen Ping’an, “an extremely resistant body” and “a calm and clear mind.” It’s also important to keep in mind that Chen Ping’an is currently only a level 2 martial artist and must begin practicing only to survive, and this is because his longevity/immortality bridge has been destroyed. By the way, the Yuan monkey Chen Ping’an faced in the first season was a level 10 Qi cultivation demon (obviously, it was suppressed by the formation within the small gem world, otherwise it would have easily killed the protagonist). Zhu He is a level 5 martial artist, and we’ll find out about A Liang in a few episodes. However, in Jian Lai, there are two ways to cultivate: being a Qi cultivator or being a martial artist. The main difference lies in the way Qi is channeled: cultivators need a Longevity Bridge to channel and use Qi externally, while martial artists use Qi internally. Normally, both paths of cultivation cannot be practiced at high levels at the same time (normally, a cultivator cannot be a 10th-level Qi cultivator and a 10th-level martial artist at the same time), but there are exceptions, as certain techniques allow this. The martial arts path will be explained in the next few episodes (probably the last ones). The reason why A Liang isn’t intervening will be explained later, and all the beatings and blows Chen Ping’an is taking are only doing his body good.
So who is Zhu He?
Zhu He is Zhu Lu’s dad, Zhu Lu is the stupid girl who acts like an idiot, Zhu He is the adult who is accompanying the kids along with A Liang
Liang living up to my expectations as he is shown in the novel. Love it. Coming long nicely. Pacing is decent.
THIS ONE IS SOOO FREAKING GOOOD BRAA OMG!
Bro about to kill a version of medusa 😭
In 9:27, the kid cursed Ah Liang, and the curse phrase he used was “Fuck your mother”… I didn’t know they allow that kind of curse phrase to be aired lol
