I am much more excited about this movie than current BTTH fiasco. Ill probably drop it if they remove medusa and xiao xiao
So you will drop BTTH after you have watched 95% of the show already, there’s only about 40 episodes remaining before it ends. Even if they have changed the story slightly the show is still one of the best.
What really annoys me is how stubborn and harmful they are to the show itself they work on. Even with all the backlash they still wouldn’t correct their mistakes. Nasty people. Nasty woke cancer (in this case false feminism) no matter which country it’s at.
BTTH Director has screwed the comapny so much. I dont remember where the link to the info was, but after the Tower of Fire changes the company only just managed to survive as it lost half its value from the backlash. If they dont handle whats coming up well they could just ruin themselves.

Thank you for the upload of this movie, Xin fam, ngl I already finished watching this one fam, but I will still rewatch it again for the better subs. This movie was peak!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥 It’s about our beloved Sword Duoluo, a.k.a. Ning Rongrong’s Grandpa Sword. It’s about him and how he became who he is in Duoluo Dalu. I was fr curious how he became a LEGEND!!! And they didn’t disappoint. It was still an experience to remember, and seeing our old characters in this movie as well. The nostalgia train hits hard, fam. Welp, it’s time to sit back and enjoy the movie, folks. “NO SCREEN RECORDING ALLOWED PLS!!!” lmao. And turn off your cellphones. 🤣🤣🤣

the hype is there, i loved it when chen xin actually goes into action. but no matter what, this is a bit absurd. ring blasting? destroying asura sword and absorbs the aura into his own martial soul? forcing himself to match lvl 99 peak limit douluo? it’s hot damn. but.. from soul land original narrative, i don’t get the reason how this narrative fits, chen xin mentioned that his dad died fighting against qian daoliu or at least totally defeated. qian daoliu is such an ancient being in terms of soul land lifespan that he rarely appears.
anw. i’ve said this before, this story is a forced canon. i am not seeing how this fits the whole narrative. plus, rongrong being a nice girl? lol~ kinda get the wrong vibes there.
this story, about how sword douluo gave up godhood path is funny. the thing is.. isn’t he in the 8th trial? why is his soul power still like 96 or 97? it doesn’t coincide with the way tang san took sea god trial. did i miss something? but in any case, tang san gets the opportunity to advance his cultivation faster than usual.
bibi dong being sneaky? well i guess that could work. but from her tone regarding tang hao later, it doesn’t seem that she encounter him once or twice. moreover, tang hao using ring blasting and sumeru hammer to beat up bibi dong who doesn’t use any of her martial soul? that’s overkill for sure. unless she got a super slippery escape technique. which from what i know, she doesn’t have. so logically, she should’ve died if she defended that sloppily.
plus, are u sure that ring blasting can be easily imitated even by sword douluo? the reason it works is that: 1. sumeru formula, 2. clear sky hammer (the strongest tool martial soul in the world). i mean, tang san can use that with his blue silver plant, but it’s only after he learned the formula. the reason being blue silver plant is tenacious (i mean at least his plant, cuz he’s emperor type). even then, the effect is much lower. and so far, only two characters actually do ring blasting: tang hao and tang san. i mean, later some will do this as well. but they’re the only legends for now. pretty sure chen xin won’t be able to do that. or maybe he could, if we accept this narration.
love how tang san does cameo as kid all the time. and how they let him forcefully meet little rongrong only to forget her again until they meet at shrek. lol~
anyways, the most important thing is that sword douluo chen xin is somehow got ressurrected and allowed to even have a god position in god realm. there’s too much problem of that narration, as follows…
chen xin himself is unqualified… why? he is already so old and he’s stuck at lvl 96, barely breaking through to lvl 97 during the crisis of the sect. in short, he’s not qualified to step into godhood. he’s a powerhouse for sure, but his talent isn’t that high as ning rongrong and her friends (shrek 7 monsters og). so, in order to enter god realm, he must depend on someone else to give him the quota. i think, tang san’s quota, even being overqualified he is, is already full. unless he got more that i don’t know of. the guy has always been sneaky. well.. that leaves rongrong and oscar quota. so they forgot ning fengzhi and gu rong only to revive chen xin in this narration. okay. u know what.. i saw douluo dalu 2.5 (forgot the number), i think. it tells us the story of god realm. ma hongjun is there. u know he left bai chenxiang at mortal world! why? cuz he’s a 2nd class god. they got no quota. u should remember that both rongrong and oscar are also 2nd class god. later yuhao got 2 quotas for his dad and mom and he’s a 1st class god.

He had no God weapon after the 9th trial, he would he have broken through when he inherits the asura sword, his trial is different from the trial done in the domain of the asura god because Tang chen is being controlled and the asura god need someone to pass the mantle onto so he can travel the universe
3. Bibi dong can’t be killed so easily and we all know she is above Tang hao in soul power only a god could truely kill her in a single move and even if she was seriously injured she can heal herself up by absorbing the living
4. It was mentioned by her dad that the grandpa’s are spoiling her too much while trying to protect her and because of that she became naughty, but she regained her true personality after being scolded by tang san, oscar and mubai crying in that episode that she is not a bad girl

And about not recognizing each other they where kids at that time not recognizing each other is a fine logic and she disguised herself at that time, the God realm is complicated the position might have been giving by the ashura god because it was through chen xin he met tang san and as a godking seeing the future of a mortal is simple thing so he must has prepared as the top controllers of the godrealm even leaving tang san in charge and tangsan can grant godhood he even helped in granting godhood to soul land 2 mc, also about soul power everything is possible in the god realm take xiao wu two brothers as an example so the plot was pretty solid for me 🤷

while it’s true that it depends on the gods in god realm, they’re not gonna bend the rules for one or two person. the event they sorta bend the rules is when tang san inherit both god positions. even then, it’s a clever way of roundabout. chen xin’s case is a blatant use of authority. council of gods can’t agree to this kind of rule bending. i mean, even if they turned a blind eye and somehow made tang san’s family wholly the council lol.. such nepotism is severe. and even then, why they didn’t ressurrect bai chenxiang? i think it’s because time has long passed. i mean, time probably passed longer for chen xin than chenxiang. in any case, chen xin still have his rings but no one has seen his soul skills that’s what i understand from the og story. but.. in the newly edited story of soul land, they put several of his soul skills and let him fight tang san.
hm so far as i know.. lvl 120 are 1st class gods starting point. it’s sorta absurd at this point cuz i remember after inheritance, yuhao can actually injure tang san. was the guy holding back? i mean, after years of becoming a godking and his full power, it’s impossible to get scratched by newly ascended godking or rather yuhao is more outrageously talented for that matter?

This is the Soul Land we all loved. When each of the rings had such a massive value tied with it. When each level felt like a massive gap. Phew!! SL2 just had to destroy everything. This movie definitely felt like SL 0.5, but I don’t see a connection with SL2. Maybe those end sequences were kinda connection, but we’ll see. Anyway, the past couple of episodes have been really decent in SL2. I hope that continues.
