this is one of the epic moments right? ye and pang fighting together again! after being separated for some time! yes that joke about wukong didn’t go unnoticed to me. he said something about erlangshen and xiaotian quan. what a nice one. the context is truly awesome. xiaotian quan is the black dog that erlangshen owns that he used to intimidate enemies.

This whole thing has the style of flash news or celebrity gossip news, which is NOT supposed to be the way to go for my taste. After all, this work is such a great artistic literature by Chen Dong, why is it in the hands of Tencent it becomes something that only pursues excitement in the short term? Not only that, they delayed Ye Fan’s cultivation progress ONCE for the sake of the additional plot! Duh, the discussion between Ye, Pang, Tu, Li Heishui and Hei Huang reminds me of Ancient Desolate Forbidden Land! Fuxx.. How come they actually let lightning tribulation happen inside? It was stated as impossible in the novel. Another world building being destroyed by donghua’s sloppy attempt. Lol another added flashback that didn’t happen in donghua. Like the case of Weiwei, but it’s upgraded now. I’ve been telling everyone that Ye Fan capturing Yaoguang on that chaos stone seems to have no built-up motives. Now they just established this forgotten scene out of nowhere. Do you think us viewers are dumb? How can I accept this? I feel like they’d rather do this kind of “plot patching by force” rather than rework the beginning. Srsly, if they do a remastered episode project and release it, I bet everything would look much better. But then they’d have to redo almost 100 episodes, after all they messed up way too much.
Talking about chaos stone, it angers me somewhat. The donghua CRUELLY messed up the plot where we meet Daoyi Holy Lady having that Chaos Stone with extra remote control, sealing geniuses and stealing the location map of one of the Nine Secrets “Xing”! It was supposed to be a tomb of a Great Emperor that was moved away by someone. And that chaos stone? It doesn’t need an ON-OFF button, it’s always ON. Great Emperor’s bed isn’t something that can be easily approached! That was supposed to be an even LARGER GATHERING OF SUPREME BEINGS, where every expert on the level of Peacock King would join the fray. So at least they have to be 2nd heaven of Immortal Platform – Supreme Being! And that place wasn’t supposed to be Daoyi Holy Land’s since there is someone who wants to use the corpse and thick yin energy to become Emperor! It’s called Light Palace in the novel, but Hei Huang stated it’s clearly the Emperor’s former sleeping palace – Wu Shi Great Emperor’s! Well, I don’t remember this point being used in a future plot but these tiny detail changes ruined the setting painstakingly built by the author in the novel — check Ch. 280–291 (novelhi).
How come Ye Fan knows something about Ruthless Inheritance and managed to identify Hua Yunfei as his enemy from that lineage if Hei Huang hasn’t mentioned it previously? But just now in this episode, Hei Huang began giving introduction info! OK… maybe I’m just seething with anger, this plot is correct and according to the novel for sure. This is explained in Ch. 448 (novelhi). Hei Huang explained regarding Vicious/Ruthless Techniques according to what he knows in quite a thorough introduction. They skipped the meeting with Elder Wu here in this episode. I mean, what’s the harm in remembering the nice elder?
Okay… was it said that the old woman is Fourth layer of Dragon Transformation realm? btw… that guy looks disgusting! They actually made them into two-face one body back-to-back with 360-degree head rotation. Duh, looking creepy. Yin yang unite, invincible in the world? Lol~ REMINDS ME that donghua just DELETED the scene where Ye Fan used his Taiji Saint Technique to defeat Hua Yunfei! I won’t go into much detail here, but Ye Fan working together with Pang Bo to kill this fused two elders of yin yang is EPIC for sure. RIGHT WORDS are being used, they’re truly NOT human anymore after living so long. Ugh dang, Nannan is fainting. NOO… Quick, put back her seven-colored stone on her hands! That stone is the reason she won’t be sick, she won’t grow up and will stay immortal. Right, did Ye Fan make the jade to help with Nannan’s memory? Damn… totally forgot if the donghua did this thing. Maybe they did… In any case, this episode looks MUCH BETTER in fact. Oops, I take that back, they DIDN’T ACCOUNT for Hua Yunfei’s protector that only appears in the very last seconds of the previous episode! It doesn’t make sense, his protector should’ve tried so hard to kill Ye Fan given the chance. After all, they’re not competing between younger generations. But I guess they wanted to skip that part where his protector fought Li Ruoyu as a way to gloss over things. So… might as well look better. EVEN THEN, with the studio destroying early plots, everything left a bad taste…

I liked it a lot in the beginning. Now, I’m getting tired of all these mindless fights, like do these people ever fxxx relax. Where is the worldbuilding, where is making friends, where are deeper schemes, with how these sects act, how can anybody join them, let alone them surviving for ten thousands of years. It has to be biggest kind of joke, these sects and elders not offending people left to right and still being alive to reach these cultivations.
What are they even cultivating? Their dxxx? Because they certainly not reaching heaven with that kind of trash mentality and fortitude. Cultivation is supposed to be about reaching perfect harmony with heaven, man, and earth.
And, only those who are friends with MC for some reason are good people. How is anyone alive in this world?
Downvote me all, but I couldn’t read past 200 hundred chapter of this and perfect world novel, they are so bad. Maybe, it’s because I’m reading cultivation genre on whole for a decade now and it’s hard to digest stories like this anymore.

bro, actually i feel u.. hv u been reading my comments in detail and not just skip it cuz it’s too long? i totally like this donghua in the beginning. but now, i’m at the point where i’m considering of dropping this. donghua is totally full of mindless fights for sure! but novel, i kinda disagree. the og plot is supposed to be awesome and intricate, i mean the original plot from chen dong’s novel. but now, donghua studio is just making mistakes, seemingly on purpose, JUST FOR VIEWERSHIP AND SHORT TERM EXCITEMENTS. once in a while is fine, but repeated dose is kinda suck. and if you don’t like the novel cuz of the donghua, i felt that u’re in bind. but, if u don’t like the novel cuz the novel itself. well… are u new reader or what..? the novel has lots of tiny seeds for future plots. and lemme tell u. PW and STH are the most brain friendly novel Chen Dong made so far. And those that have satisfying ending. As for World of Immortals? I don’t like the ending honestly. When we enter the Sacred Ruins (TSR) – third in trilogy STH, PW and TSR, my brain is fried, but it’s still interesting so i continued. but honestly, don’t compare this to RMJI or any other cup of tea u like (if u do) since it’s probably a different kind of story.
