Ok so i wasn’t expecting another OST for this episode, it was very nice just like the one in episode 76.
Episode was nice in its entirety, the battle was PEAK. I’m sad we wont see her much from now on though.
Crazy revelation for only Donghua watchers that the Heaven Messenger turned out to be an Ancient God.
Animation was very nice, I’m also glad that they focused on story asw, I hope it stays the same, although in the novel the Messenger did not speak until he realised that Wang Lin was an Ancient God, and in the novel (as far as i remember) he only said “You are not of my clan”, and never said anything else, donghua did smt different, but its okay.
Overall a very nice episode. But made me cry a bit 😔

The episode was crazy.
I always wondered why he let go of his parents when SituNan said he could resurrect them when I’ve read the novel, seems it was because of WangLin giving them a choice to stay or leave after realizing life and death fully, I kind of hoped they’d be resurrected but it’s still good that they are in “peace” now.
I can’t wait to see WangLin cultivating “celestial energy“ to reach soul transformation in the following episodes though.

The battle was crazy amazing, 🔥🔥🔥 Ancient God vs Ancient God. You don’t see that every day, and Wang Lin was giving it his all here. You can also tell his resolve was as high as ever in trying to protect Li Muwan. I mean he was talking shit to the Heavenly Law fam hahaha. Man and here comes the sad part while they are fighting, Li Muwan making her final decision. 😢😢😢 It’s still sad tbh that after this we won’t be seeing her again. We have to wait a very long time for that one.

Now I need to go back and rewatch Jade Dynasty before the 12th cuz I remember nothing except it was good and as tragic as RI.

Despite being filtered through Louis’s often-unreliable lens, the tragic, star-crossed bond between Louis and Lestat is undeniably palpable—toxicity and all. That kind of profound, albeit messy, connection truly highlights how Twilight’s approach to “complex” or “tragic” love stories appears incredibly generic and superficial—almost like a primer for what a tragic romance could be, without actually being one.
