I’m at awe and flabbergasted in the best of ways to how expansive the world building is here. It’s enigmatic yet also feels consistently thought out (instead of one big ass pull mess over another. Something that I’m starting to feel from Swallowed Star’s lackluster progression for some reason)

i mean wiki is pretty good.. novel is also.. depend on the fan translation tho~ generally it’s good.. like they have this overlap between immortal, fairy and celestial.. but the same word in chinese “xian”, usually they’re called “xian ren”. like when there is any absurdly beautiful woman, we call them “xian zhe” or “xian nu” and so on. there’s also another term for immortal it’s called “bu xiu” but it’s more common to be translated as undying. cultivators are called “xiu xian zhe” (train/cultivate immortality, zhe is like an adjective, something like the or who, i think). immortal world is “xian jie”
