since then I have watched record of mortal s journey which indeed rubbed me the same way, shrouding the heavens which I also liked but starts a little slower, and now i m watching battle trough heavens which is not that good but not that bad either, are there other donguas with same power system like renegade and record ?
Not exactly the same power system but “swallowed Star, Martial Universe (wu dong qian kun)” will engage you for a while, and more battles and actions, with cool effect, we have “World of immortal and perfect world”
The Great Ruler has the same power system as Renegade but no power levels

I’d say THG and BTTH are the closest to this level. Record of Mortal Journey is tiring and slow-paced, but THG is definitely worth watching. My top three are: 1. Xian Ni 2. THG 3. BTTH

enjoyed but homeboy is ALWAYS losing. always lol no matter how strong he gets, he might beat 2 or 3 in a row and then gets almost killed. the ways in which he gets his ass beat are different enough that it doesn’t completely feel like the author is just copying and pasting trope after trope but…damn lol can a man win and KEEP winning for at least 15 episodes???? is that too hard???? i had to drop after a certain point because i was so tired of it lol
