Leonard could move the whole time, yet did nothing. Told he was sus. And is his shadow an ability or another Beyonder?
Hahaha, so this story also has it’s comedy perks lol. I guess sometimes we gotta let go of the serious and gruesome stuff. 😅😅😅 But of course the crazy and insane moments that this story has to offer is what’s makes it interesting. Sheesh!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Gravekeeper class has some crazy offense
ikr crazy battle fam 🔥🔥🔥
am i the first?
Poet covering for Klein, Captain looking like he is infected, Klein now having to go Clown to advance, things are super dark and twisted. The Fool pathway it seems.
So these are the things we know from this episode:
Awesome analysis! 🤩
So what are the different pathways
Donghua skipped a lot, like a lot lot. The show should be like frieren, not fast and furious.
Because you’re in the know, explain the logic of going from Seer to Clown. How are those two even in the same pathway? That’s like Jin Woo going from Rogue to Necromancer.
So are the sequences lower than 9, or is 9 the starting point?
Seems like so… Originally, I was thinking taking sequence 9 potion was like choosing a “normal” grade ability, while some other people had sequence 7 ability chose a “rare” grade ability, with each ability automatically getting stronger with increased proficiency. This episode implied that all abilities start at sequence 9, and advancement requires more potions to be taken. Choosing the correct sequence 9 ability matters a lot because it affects what higher tier abilities you can take later on (which they defined as pathway)
That was my thought process as well. Similar to choosing an RPG character class, a playable race, or a monster to tame.
That’s what they still haven’t explained: the 22 pathways and their nature. Using the race analogy, you take a race change potion, get the demon race, and start as an imp. But you don’t know how the evolutionary process works.
22 standard pathways, each pathway start from sequence 9 to 1. Usually cannot switch pathway before reaching the higher sequences. Have to fully digest current sequence potion before advancing to next sequence.
The spell to enter grey fog is the Luck Enhancement Spell he used on Earth. When he first tried to return to Earth in ep1 using the spell, he enter the grey fog instead.
Watch it, or I’ll take your soul!

Shit, this episode was intense yet comical.
Here’s what I understand about the power system: there are various sequence potions, probably 22, matching the opening narration. To advance to the next level, you need to take a lower-numbered sequence potion. This raises the question of whether it’s possible to skip numbers and if knowledge of the sequence’s name is a prerequisite for progressing to the higher pathway. What remains unclear to me are the pathways themselves and their function: the nature of each class and their unique abilities.
So incredibly amazing.
The power scale, the world building. The story. Looks epic. Feels very bloodborneish with the visuals, setting and demons
