he could at least have maybe held out long enough to escape to his own universe. and if he really stood 0 chance why tf did he risk everything to pop out to kill the purple lightning guy taunting him? risking his own life, the lives of everyone he cares about, maybe even his universe, all to kill the guy who revealed the scheme which qin yu’s “father in law” was much more guilty of because it’s his own daughter he was selling out and his own grandkids he was gonna murder. if qin yu didn’t think he could win against the lightning exalted, he is pathetic for letting his anger destroy not just his life but the future of his loved ones.
