No it’s not a good start. We were never given the truthful reason why MC and his gang attacked and killed what’s-his-name baddie son, if it was the sect’s order, it was incredibly fucking stupid, and if it was just the three of them, they’re reckless retards, neither scenario is in the realm of “good”. MC got betrayed and he acted like they just stepped on his toe, baddie son’s father just divined out of fucking nowhere which group killed his son just so we could add “tragedy” to MC’s background, the author didn’t even try to make a goddamn lick of sense, how in the love of fuck did this pile of trash get an animation in the first place I have no idea.

If you pay attention to the way it looks, you’ll notice that any model or particle effect that is AI generated doesn’t quite look solid as a hand crafted 3D model and there’s this slight blurring anywhere you can see hard lines on something AI generated

Early episodes were slow, story driven, with no clean insight of what’s to come, and not the best animation, I think there were even AI comments on StH. I think there needs to be at least 24 episodes for for being written off as garbage. Some of ya’ll rate these 4-5 minute of content @ 5 Star Dongua’s. Better than the 15min+ Donghua’s. Convoluted thinking imo.
