I’ve struggled with this show for a long time. After everything he went through to marry his wife. Not to mention the hell he put her through disappearing not once but twice. And after all of it. He takes off for decades at time now.

What kind of marriage is that His wife is a sweet, beautiful woman he neglects hardcore. She might have lots to do. But being lonely ranks at the top. As for him, He’s a battle junkie. who wont ever be able to adjust to a life without conflict going at him daily

He should have taken his wife out there with him and got a place on the manmade world for the two of them. Then he could at least see her several times a week or month.
