I guess they are playing the new role as his companions throughout this journey since an MC always has to have someone with them especially when he met them at a new destination. So even after all the stuff he did to these birdbrains trouble always comes knocking at their doors even though it's been a while now since they've met Ye Fan. The grudges that they hold against him just keep growing each encounter from the looks of it. I love how he was giving lessons to the kid mid battle if he wants to become like him someday, sheesh!!! Since he became a Master he has to aura farm a little bit right?? That's how it always goes. Also, we are meeting Yi Qingwu again, tbh she really isn't even all that interesting if you ask me. Welp, she is just going to be another forgotten character along the way. These 2 idiots can have her if one of them can actually pull it off. I would be surprised if one of them actually did it, if we are being honest. With the way they are and what they are cultivating I'm still doubting it.
