yeah man. I haven’t started watching a lot of the returning donghuas this year. Almost all of them have this exact complaints against them. Either trashy character design or change of story by smartypants studios.
Then there’s this AI thingy. It’s ruining everything. I loved the donghua Alchemy Supreme but they just completely ruined it by making it 100% AI.

yeah that is the reason it still is better then other donghua who just GET it by EXISTING

Let alone the transfomartion being ugly, the dude’s new look for this season is soo ugly and out of place, they even made Luo Li to be soo flashy and zero aura as season 1. I can’t understand why they made all the unnecessary changes to their facials.

All flashy and zero aura as TGR 1. I can’t believe they decided to destroy the potential and hopeof this donghua. Even Ling Dong’s Martial universe is utter wack now.

even the novel is in hiatus since last year. the other two girls from the first season too became irrelevant at this point. the pill pavilion master is mentioned once or twice later in the novel as far as i remember. same goes for the other girl from the pill family & the saint girl… he’s just got too many wifus everywhere he goes..

Will we ever see her again?
